KPI Design - Reducing Checking My Phone Part 1

In the morning, I realize I have been spending too much time checking my cell phone, or listening to music. I think I was just desperately looking for some cheap dopamine.

A cheap approach is to limit my phone check count.
I can track my phone usage and unlock count using an app called Yourhour.

Looking through my unlock count history, I have been averaging about 220 phone unlock per day and about 2hr of phone usage time. I could have downloaded my data to do more analysis of how many of those 220 unlocks are actually time-waste but too much effort. So my cold-start approach is not to exceed 100 for 7 days, wagering $X for each day exceeding the quota.
